Praxim Advisory is an independent advisory firm specialising in public sector transformation. We work with senior leaders across central government, local government and the wider public sector to provide the independent assurance, governance and business change support that complex programmes demand.

We believe that successful transformation is built on two things above all else: the quality of the people involved, and the integrity with which they operate. Complex programmes succeed when leaders have access to honest, independent advice — not managed information, not comfortable reassurance, but a clear and truthful picture of where things stand and what needs to happen next.
